Since 1983, Julie has concentrated her efforts in the placement of Real Estate professionals, working for both national and local clients. Prior to founding Ryan Resources, she was Search West's "Senior Recruiter and Real Estate Specialist." There, Julie won several prestigious performance awards, including company-wide "Account Executive of the Year." In addition to recruiting experience, Julie gained valuable real estate experience as a top achiever with one of the nation's largest real estate organizations in the Mid-West. For ten consecutive years with that company, she placed in the top five percent of sales associates. Through her previous real estate background and years of specialized recruiting, Julie has developed a tremendous network of industry contacts. She keeps abreast of industry developments via active membership in Women in Commercial Real Estate and NNCREW. She also attends meetings of ACREE/NACOR, BOMA, IREM, IFMA and ICSC. Julie has been a frequent guest speaker and written for many industry publications. She attributes her success over the years to a philosophy of professional personalized service by making "winning matches", both employer and candidate achieving their goals in a win/win relationship. A native "Michigander", Julie is a graduate of Ferris State College, in Michigan and has completed numerous professional sales and training programs.
